"The AccuTroll series has been specifically designed for the new high efficiency outboard engines that literally sip gas at trolling speeds. FloScan has developed a sensor that can accurately measure fuel flow from a bare .3 GPH at trolling to 25 GPH wide open. One of the keys to AccuTroll's advanced flow accuracy is its low-friction bearing system, which utilizes sapphire jewel bearings. Sapphire is the hardest and longest wearing material available for bearings. The result is a flow sensor with 2% (+/-) accuracy that remains unchanged for the lifetime of the sensor. Boat owners can stretch their fuel to the utmost without fear of running out and in these days of high fuel prices, an AccuTroll also helps a boat owner to operate at maximum fuel efficiency. With fuel savings of 20 - 30%, the system can actually pay for itself in 200 hours of operation or less. The gauge fits in the standard 3 3 ¼ 8" cutout and features analog fuel flow meter, LCD display with total gallons, and a backlit display. For all 4-cycle outboards, 2-stroke Ficht, Optimax, and HPDI outboards up to 250 HP. Installation requires 18/4 gauge wire and a toggle switch to reset the totalizer. The twin-engine system requires two switches, one switch to toggle between port and starboard engines and one switch to reset the totalizer. One-year warranty."
